We meet 1x per week for 3 weeks, 45 minutes each session.

  • Tips, tricks and triggers to apply mindfulness to your already established life 

  • The foundational teachings of Mindfulness Meditation: Non-Attachment, Forgiveness, Compassion and LovingKindness

  •  Develop a Mindfulness practice that suits your lifestyle 

 Reading suggestions, simple coursework and journal prompts will be given to provide an immersive experience in this program.
