  • What is the cost of constantly pushing forward? 

  • If I allowed myself to pause today, how would that feel?

Try a “transition pause”: before the next task or meeting, take 2-3 slow breaths, and say "Ok". A brief reset reduces carry‑over stress, increases clarity, and you feel a little more space inside, a little lighter.
