Get a piece of paper or your journal and pick a prompt to start with.  Take a full breath in, release it, and then put the pen on the paper, allowing yourself to write without thinking about it. See where your intuition leads you.

  • What’s one area I can deepen my practice or open to learn something new?

Extend one practice you already do. If you pause once a day, try twice. If you meditate for five minutes, try eight. Depth comes from gentle strengthening.
