Result:  Grounded Connector

Presence is already part of your life.

The next step is to let it carry you,  not just in quiet moments, but in motion, in laughter, in life happening. As it strengthens, your practice becomes something that holds you steady through the ups and downs,  making joy feel even brighter and the more challenging moments feel supported with a greater perspective that has been cultivated.

That’s when groundedness turns into freedom, or what is also called Moksha, meaning liberation in Sanskrit.

  Reflection

Find a piece of paper or use your journal and pick a prompt below. Start with the one that speaks to you.  Take a full breath in, release, and softly put the pen on paper, allowing yourself to write without thinking. See where your intuition leads you.

  • What habit already helps me feel rooted?
  • Where do I lose steadiness most easily?

  • What’s one area I can deepen my practice or open to learn something new?

 Another Little Step

Extend one practice you already do.

If you pause once a day, try twice.

If you meditate for five minutes, try eight some days when time allows.

Depth comes from gentle strengthening.Â
